| CABINS Reservation policy is the same for cabins and campsites on holiday
weekends, except that there are no refunds at any time for cabin reservations. A
$50.00 security deposit must be paid along with the full reservation fee when reservation
is made. If paid by credit card, it will be charged along with the reservation fee.
Your security deposit will be refunded as soon as the cabin has been
inspected. It must be left in the same condition as when you arrived, that includes
the refrigerator. Your security deposit may be mailed to you depending on the
availability of staff to inspect the cabin at the time of your departure. More than 2 occupants in a cabin -rates same as for additional occupants per campsite. No more than 4 adults in a cabin - no exceptions! The cabins are "bare bones"! Supplied are electric, beds for 4, refrigerator, table and chairs or breakfast counter with stools. You furnish your bedding, cooking utensils, etc. BBQ grill, fire ring and picnic table are supplied outside of the cabin for your use. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO COOKING IS PERMITTED IN EITHER CABINS OR RENTAL TENTS. |
There are no cancellations on holiday weekends. Full payment of these must be made at the time of reservation. If a credit card is used it will be charged at time of reservation...no exceptions!
Any amount charged over $200.00 will be assessed a 5% service fee.
If you do not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival day, your campsite will be given to someone else and your full fee will be forfeited unless you notify us by 6:00 p.m. on your arrival date that you will be a late arrival.
All cancellations must be made in writing no less that 7 days prior to your arrival. A $5.00 cancellation fee will be apply. We reserve the right to change campsites if necessary.
There is s $20.00 service fee on all returned checks.
There is no smoking or pets in any building...including restrooms, showers, laundry, gameroom, etc.
